    The owner is an absolute nightmare of a person. Please do not give this place your business, instead buy your stuff at kokannee park marina or in Nelson and save your self the brain damage.

    Owner is a total jerk, I didnt have shoes on when I entered the store so instead of asking me to go put some shoes on, he just blocked the door and barked "youre not coming in" over and over at me, not even explaining that it was because i didnt have shoes on. I acknowledge that i shouldn't have been barefoot but holy, does the guy not understand what customer service is? He must have thought I was a tourist that he'd never see again, unfortunate for him I live down the street and won't be returning.

    When in Balfour, you can't not stop in this shop. It has everything you need so that you don't have to head into Nelson. They have Booze to hot dogs to ice cream.
